Lifestyle stress load index

See how sleep, caffeine, movement, downtime and workload add up, and which habit to change first.

Your lifestyle load

This is not a stress test or a medical measure. It adds up everyday habits that make stress harder to handle, and points to the biggest one.

Method: our own heuristic, not a validated scale. Points are added for short sleep, high caffeine (400 mg a day is the FDA figure for most adults), little exercise (WHO: 150 minutes a week), no downtime, little social contact, higher alcohol and heavy workload. Nothing is saved or sent anywhere.
